HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A WEB MEMBER?

To Become a Member costs $8.95/month if you are not a current print subscriber, $4.50/month if you are a current print subscriber. This amount is charged automatically to your credit card each month for as long as you remain a member. The advantage of this is that web membership is 100% pay-as-you-go, with no money up-front, and no long-term commitment. Try it for a month, and if you decide not to continue, call us and cancel. Very easy.

HOW DO I LOGIN TO THE SMI WEBSITE?

There are two ways to login to the website. You can use the login fields at the top of the SMI homepage, or simply click on a locked link to be taken to a login screen to enter your username and password. When you do so, we recommend that you mark the "Remember Login Information" box. This will allow us to recognize you when you return, and you will not be prompted to login manually in the future. If you choose not to mark the box, you will be prompted to input your login information the first time you access a keyed area during each visit made to the site.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If you forget your password, visit the Lost Password page. On this page, simply enter the email address you used when signing up for a web membership. If the information you enter matches the information in our database, we will immediately send you an email containing your password. If the information you provide does not match the information in our database, we will ask you to email us at support@sminow.com so that we can assist you.
